30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Conditions
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused
- In its original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, personal-care items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Return
Contact audreyblot55@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
EU / France — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. The item must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Damages & Defective Items
Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is: return the original item, then place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few days.
